Shipping Information Domestic Shipping: Small items: We ship our items via FedEx from our location. For items we drop ship, the item may arrive via FedEx or UPS. We usually ship every other day during the business week. Once the item ships, we will be happy to provide tracking numbers at your request. Large items: We ship via Motor Freight and FedEx or UPS. All shipments via Motor Freight must ship to a Zoned Commercial business address with either a fork lift or loading dock or, at your request; we will ship to our motor freight carrier’s destination center where you can pickup the scale. The motor freight companies require a phone number (in case they get lost) so please provide at checkout. The motor freight company will CHARGE to call you (unless they get lost) before they deliver, so please don’t ask Outside the Continental US and International Shipments: Small items: We ship our item via FEDEX and USPS where specified in the auction. If the item does not offer the shipping charge outside the Continental United States, please contact us for a quote. We ship after the payment clears internationally every other day. Large items: We ship via Motor Freight outside the Continental United States and Internationally for an additional shipping charge. If the item does not offer the shipping charge outside the Continental United States, please contact us for a quote. All motor freight shipments outside the Continental United States require a customs broker. We will not be responsible for duty, taxes, or customs charges outside of the Continental United States. Return Policy All products are direct from the manufacturer and are new and unused unless otherwise stated in the auction. All products are tested and in perfect working condition before they are shipped so there should be no problem with the functionality of a product. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us by phone or email within 7 days from the date of delivery for the product and we will do our best to resolve the situation. If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported immediately and noted on the delivery receipt for proper credit. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction so we will usually replace or exchange the item. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. An RMA must be obtained for returns. Call 843-278-0342 to obtain an RMA. Boxes, packaging materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition without markings, tape, folds, or defacing of any kind. Products returned in other than new condition will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition or without an RMA will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at our discretion. Note: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for return/exchange items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
