The slides are pre-cleaned and optically clear. These are standard 1" x 3" slides (25.4 x 76.2mm) with clear glass and ground edges. They range from 1.0 - 1.2mm thick. These slides have a single concave recess in the center of the slide that is ideal for viewing liquid and other specimens. The concave recess has a depth of 0.6 - 0.8mm and a diameter of 15 - 18mm. The slides are vacuum sealed in plastic and packed in boxes of 50 slides each to prevent dust contamination. All of our blank microscope slides are brand new and newly manufactured.
