I have powered on this unit, but I am not able to do any further testing. If this machine requires any kind of calibration, that is the responsibility of the buyer. With UPS delivery they give free insurance up to $100 value. Any value over $100 will require additional fees. US Postal service does not give free insurance. I do include a nominal handling fee for packing materials, time & gas to drive packages to the post office and UPS everyday. I do not get these things for free so I can not give them to you for free. A seller's cost does not only consist of the cost to the carriers. Prices are going up on everything, so please don't contact me asking for cheaper shipping (unless it really looks like a typo) & please don't base your feedback for me on things I have no control over. Fragile and heavy items will require more packing materials than other items, so the handling fee will be a bit higher to cover the added cost. I do offer combined shipping on items that are not too heavy or fragile to be packaged with other items. Rather than just giving a flat discount per item, I am letting eBay combine the weights & box dimensions of each item together during checkout & calculate the cost for a package of that size & weight. This is the most accurate way of charging the actual combined shipping plus any & all handling charges associated to each auction. Please do not ask me for combined shipping quotes during the auction. This is very time consuming. If I keep getting too many of these requests, I will have to just stop giving discounts. It will be significantly less than if you had to pay the total of each with no discount. It all depends on the overall weight & size of the box. Please understand that in most cases it takes more time & care to pack multiple items together than it does a single item, so while I am helping you save some money on shipping, it takes more of my time to pack them together. And then to get bombarded with requests for combined shipping quotes, takes up even more of my time.
