It was an enclosed environment so the stages & equipment stayed pretty clean. Note one dust cover on the X stage is missing. All travel specifications are estimates.   The Y stage has a spring-loaded attachment, which I am leaving on it – but could be removed.   This should be pretty complete. The interface card to the computer was a SBS  PCI NANOBUS CARD Model # 85221518 which is also listed if you are interested.   You are welcome to come by and inspect the equipment before you bid.   I also have a large angle bracket – also listed that would work with theses stages.   Please check all photos in case of damage that is not noted above. This is used equipment and some items are in very used condition.
