IT POWERS UP OK AND ALL CONTROLS SEEM TO WORK. THERE IS NO ROTOR INCLUDED SO I CAN NOT TEST FURTHER. I WAS ABLE TO SET TIME, RPM & TEMP. THE VACUUM GAUGE DOES NOT WORK BUT IT DOES PULL A GOOD VACUUM AND LIGHT GOES OUT. IT STARTS TO SPIN BUT THEN SHUTS DOWN WITH DISK LIGHT ON DUE TO NO ROTOR INSTALLED. REV COUNTER 2691983. I SAW 1 SEGMENT OUT ON ONE OF THE DISPLAYS. IT IS IN GOOD COSMETIC CONDITION WITH NORMAL SCRATCHES AND MARKS FROM USE. I SEE NOTHING BROKEN. LOOK AT THE PICTURES TO SEE CONDITION.
