We acquired this light from a medical auction and it is new in the original box. The only flaw we could find on this light was a piece of plastic was broken off of the outer cover of the transformer where it attaches to the mounting plate. It must have happened in shipping but it has no effect on the operation of the unit as it works perfect. We removed the transformer, glued the plastic piece back on, turned it around on the mounting plate and re-installed the screws (see pics). The ceiling cover that is included is not for a flat ceiling and appears to be made for installation with a false ceiling/drop ceiling. Standard covers are available from the manufacturer. Also includes "Mounting and Operating Instructions" and tool kit consisitng of snap ring pliers and (3) allen Wrenches. No mounting hardware is included.
