It is your responsibility to check the unit immediately upon delivery for transportation damage. Should you receive our shipment with an obviously damaged shipping container, please retain all packing material and notify the carrier and us immediately.   AS-IS RETURNS We list items in AS-IS condition. Unit powers up unless otherwise stated in description listed above. Below are the reasons why the unit is listed AS-IS:     - We do not do any operational testing to determine operational status due to lack of accessories, manuals or knowledge.     - Man hours for testing would exceed expected sales price.
