It comes with a rotor, but I don't have any buckets for it. It looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear. It powers up, and the rotor starts spinning. The speed dials go up to 5900rpm, but I only let it speed up to 4000rpm, because that's what the rotor is rated for. Also, the inside does cool down to the point of frost forming on the sides, but the temperature display never displayed anything but dashes (- - -). However, this is the extent of my testing of this system, and it is being sold as-is. The cart that it is sitting on in the photos is not included.
