Includes 48-position tray for standard sized vials, and a 96-position microvial tray is available if needed. The Waters 486 Tunable Absorbance Detector is a tunable single-channel ultraviolet/visible detector designed for high performance liquid chromatography applications. The Waters 486 can operate as a stand-alone unit or with other Waters system modules. The Waters 486 provides a usable light intensity over the wavelength range of 190-600 nm The Waters 510 HPLC Pump is in good condition and tested at waters. It is a high performance pump designed specifically for liquid chromatography applications. Flow rate may be set from 0.1 to 9.9 mL/min in increments of 0.1 ml/min. The Model 510 automatically monitors compressibility compensation values to maintain accuracy at high pressures. This equipment is in excellent condition.
