What is your full address? Thermolyne 46100 Muffle Furnace Bench Heat Treat Kiln Product Description   This is a used Thermolyne High Temperature Muffle Furnace for the laboratory bench top. The model family is 46100 and model number is F46128CM-60. This furnace can reach 1600°C (2900°F) within 40 minutes of start-up. Typical applications for this furnace are composite materials research, precious metals treatment, ceramic research and powder metallurgy. Cosmetically the furnace is in good condition with scratches, stains and dings from normal usage. There is a 5" rust stain on top and the exhaust fan grills are also rusted. The furnace was powered on and the LED panel illuminated properly. It rapidly reached 500°C at which time we turned it off. No other testing was done. The controller was not tested for programming capabilities because we are not very familiar with this furnace. This item is missing the 208VAC / 1 phase plug, and that plug will need to be installed by a professional electrician. The pictures are of the actual item the winning bidder will receive.
